Andrew Lutts
CEO

As founder of Net Atlantic in 1995, Andy is responsible for the leadership of the company. Andy is personally driven to provide best-in-class Internet products and services to clients in order to help them achieve their online goals. Under Andy’s leadership Net Atlantic has become one of the nation’s premier email service providers.

Prior to Net Atlantic, Andy served as the Vice President of Cabot Money Management, where he managed the IT efforts and Internet based transactions with financial institutions. Andy helped grow the company to more than ten times its size in just eight years.

Andy also worked in sales and marketing for a manufacturing company, helping with new product development and launches.

Andy received his bachelor’s degree in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University. He is active in many community groups, including the Salem Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors 1993-2006), the Enterprise Center at Salem State College (Board of Directors 2006-present) and the Association for the Spirit at Work. Andy's interests include hiking and boating as well as spirituality and quantum theory.

Wesley Owen
Vice President

Focusing on technology, Wes is responsible for all IT operations and technical group management. He joined Net Atlantic in 1996. Through active participation in industry groups and associations, Wes stays informed of developments in security, delivery, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Wes holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He is a member of the Association of Computer Machinery.

During his free time, Wes enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, and digital photography.

Mariflor Maulit Uva
Vice President Finance & Administration

Mariflor has been an employee of Net Atlantic since 1997. As Vice President of Finance and Administration, she directs all of the company's financial activities. She is responsible for financial reporting and budgeting, cost proposal development, and profit and business analysis. The Billing, Human Resources and Office Administration departments are managed by Mariflor.

Prior to Net Atlantic, Mariflor worked in resource development for the Archdiocese of Boston as well as other nonprofit organizations. She received her master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and her bachelor's degree from Boston College.

Mariflor is an active member of the North Shore Women in Business Association (Board of Directors, Treasurer), Kiwanis (Board of Directors, Public Relations Chair), Salem Chamber of Commerce, and St. James Parish (Finance Council) in Salem. She started a school program that benefits poor children in her homeland, rural Philippines. By providing the basic needs of food and school supplies, these children are able to focus on learning.

Mariflor’s favorite pastimes include spending time with her family, traveling around the world, visiting art galleries and participating in art auctions, planning and taking retreats, and walking.

Shane McCarthy
Director of Sales & Marketing

Shane oversees the Sales and Marketing departments at Net Atlantic, and focuses on driving the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Additionally, he works on product marketing and launches including Net Atlantic's Email Marketing Reseller Program, and the best-in-class Enterprise and Platinum solutions for email marketing.

Shane brings a wealth of knowledge to Net Atlantic from his vast sales and marketing management background. He’s worked for companies in the software, telecommunications, and audio visual markets, both in the U.S. and internationally, growing successful sales and marketing teams.

Shane received his Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State College in business management with a minor in psychology. He is actively pursuing an M.B.A. at Bentley University.

For more than 27 years Shane has practiced Tae Kwon Do. He has also served as a Eucharistic Minister for more than 22 years. Through Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay Shane’s had a “little brother” for seven years. Shane is also an active member of the International Facilities Management Association. A world traveler, Shane has explored six of the seven continents, and also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, sports, and automotive consulting.

Gregg Hanson
Technical Support Manager

Gregg joined Net Atlantic in 2008 as the Technical Support Manager. He oversees the Customer Service, Technical Support and Abuse, Compliance and Delivery departments for Net Atlantic’s email marketing products. He is committed to providing top level support and education to our clients as well as improving customer relations.

Superb customer service is the top goal in Gregg’s career. Holding multiple certifications with Help Desk Institute (HDI) and a solid background in customer relations management, Gregg shows his commitment to provide top level support to our clients. For a number of years he worked at Gordon College in the technical support department as both a technician and the manager. From that position Gregg is able to bring a personal level of service to Net Atlantic and a profound sense of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Gregg received his Bachelor of Science degree from Gordon College in computer science. In addition to technology interests, he is very involved with the classical music industry as an active opera singer. Gregg can be seen performing as a full lyric tenor around New England during much of the year and performing the national anthem at the Boston Celtics home games. Other interests of Gregg’s include working on his opera Web site, reading, cooking and spending time with his wife.
