Can I approve or deny new member request to my discussion group list?
Yes! As a list administrator, you can approve or deny new members trying to join.

Yes. Block unwanted members or domains from your list. You can deny subscription requests and postings from addresses you specify by using bans.
Bans can be created for domains, user names, or complete email addresses. If a domain is banned, subdomains are banned as well.
Subscription requests from a banned address will be rejected, and administrators will not be able to add or import banned addresses.

Yes. A list administrator can configure the list to automatically approve all messages, hold all messages until approved, or hold and require approval.
