Net Atlantic Goes Green with New Data Center Location

June 30, 2009 - Net Atlantic's email marketing and managed dedicated email servers are now housed in a facility that uses energy-saving equipment and clean power.

SALEM, MASS. – Email Service Provider Net Atlantic announced today that their expansion into an environmentally-friendly data center is now complete. The 40,000+ square foot facility serves many leading Boston-based companies and allows Net Atlantic to more than double their space and capacity, meeting the needs of the growing company.

The center was designed with energy consumption and efficiency as key objectives and now receives energy efficiency recognition from NStar, the largest investor-owned, Massachusetts-based electric and gas utility. Eco-friendly features include a white roof to deflect heat, raised floors to optimize cooling power, and a building-wide applied vapor barrier to help control humidity.
